Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re not satisfied with your order, we accept returns of non-custom items within 14 days of delivery as confirmed by courier notification.

  • Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and in their original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase.
  • Personalized, name, initial, or custom orders (including single initial items) are FINAL SALE.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Please ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. All returns are subject to an inspection process. We cannot accept items that are tangled, scratched, or otherwise damaged. If the return does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse it or apply a fee.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support at customercare@luniaatelier.com with your order number.
