Order Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are prepared and shipped from our atelier in Istanbul.
Most orders are typically prepared within 1-3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Please note that production and delivery times may vary during peak holiday seasons such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.
FREE U.S. & Canada Shipping on $100+ Orders
Complimentary shipping is available for U.S. and Canada orders over $100.
Shipping Costs
U.S. & Canada Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on U.S. and Canada orders over $100. For orders under $100, a $10 shipping fee applies.
EU Express Shipping & Import Service: Available for eligible European Union orders up to $140 USD, excluding Austria and Cyprus. Shipping fees are calculated by order value at checkout:
- $0.00 - $50.00: $24
- $50.01 - $100.00: $29
- $100.01 - $140.00: $34
The EU Express Shipping & Import Service fee may include express shipping, import handling, VAT-related import costs, customs processing, and service charges arranged through our shipping partner.
International Shipping: A flat rate of $20 applies to eligible non-EU international orders. Enjoy free international shipping on orders over $500, where available.
European Union Shipping
We now offer EU Express Shipping & Import Service for eligible European Union orders, excluding Austria and Cyprus.
EU orders are available for carts up to $140 USD. Orders above this amount may not show an EU shipping option at checkout.
All eligible EU orders are produced within 3 business days. After production, express delivery usually takes 1-2 business days.
Import handling is arranged through our shipping partner. The EU Express Shipping & Import Service fee shown at checkout may include shipping, VAT-related import costs, customs processing, and service charges. This helps your order arrive without unexpected VAT charges at delivery.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs processing, local courier operations, and public holidays.
International Shipping
We are excited to offer international shipping to the following regions and countries:
United States, Canada, European Union countries excluding Austria and Cyprus, Türkiye, Azerbaijan, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Macau, Taiwan, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, India, Kazakhstan, Iraq, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
Countries We Currently Do Not Ship To
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries at this time:
Austria, Cyprus, Russia, Ukraine, Israel, Iran, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.
